Role Description
- This is a distributor role that involves managing and developing assigned markets to grow sales and revenue. The distributor will actively support existing customers, identify new opportunities, help increase market share, and provide excellent customer service. This is an on-site role, located in Manama.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
- Possess great analytical skills and able to handle sales data.
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with strong self-discipline.
- Attention to detail, and have good proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Previous experience in distribution or sales preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field preferred.

- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع الانضباط الذاتي القوي.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والكفاءة الجيدة في MS Office ومهارات الكمبيوتر الأساسية
- يفضل الخبرة السابقة في التوزيع أو المبيعات.
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال أو الإدارة أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
