- In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our pacemaker business across the EMEA region. You will be a strategic partner to our internal teams, developing and executing market development plans to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for pacemakers across the EMEA region.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events (both virtually and in-person).
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, physicians, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits of our pacemaker technology.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and clinical affairs.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of the EMEA medical device market, with a specific focus on cardiology and pacemaker technology.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare reimbursement landscape across the EMEA region.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluency in English and at least one other major European language (French, German, Spanish etc.) is a plus.
