Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site Sous Chef role located in Manama. The Sous Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen and working alongside the head chef in overseeing daily operations. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for training and guiding the kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and taking inventory.
Qualifications
- Experience as a sous chef, or a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking styles, techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to manage a kitchen and guide kitchen staff
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing food safety standards and taking inventory
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Culinary degree or certification preferred

مؤهلات
- - خبرة كطاهي مساعد، أو دور مماثل
- معرفة أساليب الطبخ المختلفة والتقنيات والمكونات
- القدرة على إدارة المطبخ وتوجيه موظفي المطبخ
- التواصل الجيد والمهارات التنظيمية
- يجب أن يكون قادرًا على العمل بشكل جيد في بيئة سريعة الخطى
- خبرة في إدارة معايير سلامة الأغذية وجرد المخزون
- القدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة والأداء الجيد تحت الضغط
- يفضل الحصول على درجة الطهي أو الشهادة
