- Clinical Informatics - Informatics Associate - Travelling around UK, Germany, Netherlands, Italy (EMEA, you must be based in one of the 4 countries listed above)
- This is an exciting new opportunity to work for a Medical Device company within the Cardiac Surgery space, focusing on Quantum Perfusion & ECMO.
We are looking for someone with either IT or Biomedical experience, or any type of Nurse/Perfusionist.
- Under the guidance of the Implementation Project Manager, the Informatics Associate is responsible for the education & training of clinicians in the utilization of the current Perfusion and ECLS Informatics software and other activities related to customer support as it pertains to use of the Quantum Informatics.
- Organizes and prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines. Coordinates training and meeting schedules. Takes ownership of trouble shooting and customer service to users, advising on the clinical and technical use of Quantum Informatics, to include the customer support line and associated documentation.
- Performing third party device connectivity installations support. Completing site surveys and arranging for all necessary equipment to be ordered. Designing third party device connectivity solutions to suit different hospital environments.

- دعم عمليات تثبيت اتصال الأجهزة التابعة لجهة خارجية. استكمال مسوحات الموقع والترتيب لطلب جميع المعدات اللازمة. تصميم حلول اتصال أجهزة الطرف الثالث لتناسب بيئات المستشفى المختلفة.
