Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role involves client relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business and Account Management
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments
- Experience in the software or digital marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Fluent in English and Arabic is preferable

- هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع لمدير تطوير الأعمال الذي سيكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير الأعمال الجديدة وتوليد العملاء المحتملين والاتصالات التجارية وإدارة الحسابات. يتضمن الدور إدارة علاقات العملاء، وتحديد فرص عمل جديدة، وتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتحسين المبيعات، وضمان رضا العملاء.
مؤهلات
- تواصل قوي ومهارات تواصل مع الآخرين
- خبرة مثبتة في تطوير الأعمال الجديدة وتوليد العملاء المحتملين
- خبرة في إدارة الأعمال والحسابات
- القدرة على التواصل والتفاوض بشكل فعال مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت ممتازة
- القدرة على التكيف مع بيئات العمل المتغيرة
- تعتبر الخبرة في مجال البرمجيات أو صناعة التسويق الرقمي ميزة إضافية
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال التجارية أو المجال ذي الصلة
- يفضل إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
