- Master the GPON technology and solution, master the home network technology and solution.
- Experience in broadband market insight, can collect data and analyze the 2H market GAP and give suggestions.
- Experience in fixed network projects operations
- Experience in fiber optical industry policy, experience with regulation entities.
Business Skills
- Engage with operators CTO department, guide solutions, engage with operators CBO/CCO side, guide FTTH business success.
- Output customer side engaging materials according to customer interest.
- Output regional and country level FTTH market insight, identify regional market key GAPs, categorize problems and give solutions.
- Cooperate with colleagues and operate/support fixed network projects
