Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the overall IAM strategy and vision for our consulting business, aligning with industry best practices and emerging trends in cybersecurity and identity management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on identity and access management, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving transformational change and leading successful IAM initiatives in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of IAM technologies, standards, and frameworks, such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Zero Trust.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team of professionals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated business acumen and experience in business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
