Job purpose:

• Role primarily focusing on Commercial Motor and Marine products
• Coordinate and execute underwriting operations and policy production as per Company’s guidelines with key focus on clients retention and maintain targeted profitability levels. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Primarily focusing on Commercial Motor and Marine products
2. Own the renewal process for the allocated accounts to achieve the targets on renewal retention, in conjunction with the Underwriting Managers.
3. Issue policies up to a pre-defined limit, anything above is referred to manager for advise or approval
4. Underwrite - rate, accept and arrange to issue policies and renewals within the authorities delegated
5. Prepare quotations and offer underwriting terms on both new business and renewals to brokers and customers against business enquiries within the delegated underwriting authority as per RO guidelines and within agreed time frames.

Operational & technical responsibilities

•  Primarily focusing on Commercial Motor and Marine products
• Coordinate and execute timely production of commercial policies and ensure the accuracy of the documents in line with the customer/broker agreements
• Ensure all policy and related documents are dispatched/ delivered to the customers/ brokers within the shortest possible time and a record is maintained
• Identify and refer all risks outside personal authority limit to the relevant manager.
• Provide technical guidance and support where necessary.

 Essential Requirements:

 • Sound knowledge and experience in insurance industry, particularly commercial P&C with primarily focus on Commercial Motor and Marine products

 الغرض الوظيفي:

• يركز الدور بشكل أساسي على المنتجات التجارية والبحرية
• تنسيق وتنفيذ عمليات الاكتتاب وإنتاج السياسات وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة مع التركيز الرئيسي على الاحتفاظ بالعملاء والحفاظ على مستويات الربحية المستهدفة. 

المهام الأساسية

1. التركيز بشكل أساسي على السيارات التجارية والمنتجات البحرية
2. امتلك عملية التجديد للحسابات المخصصة لتحقيق أهداف الاحتفاظ بالتجديد، بالاشتراك مع مديري الاكتتاب.
3. إصدار السياسات حتى الحد المحدد مسبقًا، ويتم إحالة أي شيء أعلاه إلى المدير للحصول على المشورة أو الموافقة
4. الاكتتاب - التقييم والقبول والترتيب لإصدار السياسات والتجديدات ضمن السلطات المفوضة
5. قم بإعداد عروض الأسعار وتقديم شروط الاكتتاب على كل من الأعمال الجديدة والتجديدات للوسطاء والعملاء مقابل الاستفسارات التجارية ضمن سلطة الاكتتاب المفوضة وفقًا لإرشادات RO وضمن الأطر الزمنية المتفق عليها.

المسؤوليات التشغيلية والفنية

•  التركيز بشكل أساسي على السيارات التجارية والمنتجات البحرية
• تنسيق وتنفيذ إنتاج السياسات التجارية في الوقت المناسب والتأكد من دقة المستندات بما يتماشى مع اتفاقيات العميل / الوسيط
• تأكد من إرسال / تسليم جميع السياسات والوثائق ذات الصلة إلى العملاء / الوسطاء في أقصر وقت ممكن والاحتفاظ بسجل
• تحديد وإحالة جميع المخاطر خارج حدود السلطة الشخصية إلى المدير المختص.
• تقديم التوجيه الفني والدعم عند الضرورة.

 متطلبات أساسية:

 • المعرفة والخبرة السليمة في صناعة التأمين، وخاصة P&C التجارية مع التركيز في المقام الأول على المنتجات التجارية والبحرية
