Role Description
- We are seeking a Civil/Architectural BIM Modeler - LOD 500 with 4-5 years experience for a full-time on-site role in Manama. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed BIM models with an emphasis on accuracy and relevance. Those who are immediately available in Bahrain will be preferred.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of BIM modeling software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of BIM standards such as COBie and IFC
- Experience with BEP.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and other technical documents
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 4-5 years experience in BIM modelling with middle east projects

- نحن نبحث عن مصمم BIM مدني/معماري - LOD 500 يتمتع بخبرة تتراوح بين 4-5 سنوات للقيام بدور بدوام كامل في الموقع في المنامة. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن إنشاء نماذج BIM مفصلة مع التركيز على الدقة والملاءمة. سيتم تفضيل أولئك المتوفرين على الفور في البحرين.
مؤهلات
- معرفة واسعة ببرامج نمذجة BIM مثل Revit و Navisworks و AutoCAD
- فهم قوي لمعايير BIM مثل COBie وIFC
- تجربة مع BEP.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات والوثائق الفنية الأخرى
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وحل المشكلات
- درجة البكالوريوس / الدبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة
- - خبرة 4-5 سنوات في نمذجة BIM مع مشاريع الشرق الأوسط
