Description
Grill Cook Responsibilities:
1- Prepare meat and vegetables by slicing, cutting, shredding, and tenderizing them as needed
2- Communicate with the head chef and wait staff to ensure the timely delivery of all meals
3- Follow all relevant food health and safety guidelines
4- Maintain a workstation that is both clean and sanitary
5- Braise and grill meat and vegetables with a high degree of skill
Grill Cook Requirements:
1- Previous restaurant experience as BBQ cook
2- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
3- Strong communication skills
4- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
5- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
