- Review the Business Requirements Specifications and use cases and provide solutions based on new and existing implemted processes.
- Manage the solution Design throughout the project life-cycle through deployment, ensuring that any defects are identified and resolved throughout the process
- Provide technical leadership on projects, managing subject matter experts and application designers to ensure the coherency of end-to-end designs
- Ensure that proposed technical changes are assessed appropriately for the impact and cost to IT systems

- Must have experience across Telecommunication Network, Oracle Communication Stack, Siebel CRM must and Web and Mobile technologies preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Worked on Oracle RODOD and PIPs
- Knowledge of TM Forum Standards
- Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
