• The company specializes in derivatives and structured products and is licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain as a crypto asset service provider (category 3). ARP Digital is always looking to add highly skilled talent with a passion for digital asset management.

Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantitative Trader. 
• The Quantitative Trader will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with trading strategies, quantitative investing, derivative pricing, and quantitative analytics/research. 
• The role is located in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in market making, trading strategies, and quantitative research/investing
2. Experience in trading and quantitative analytics
3. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Knowledge of crypto assets and blockchain technology is beneficial
7. Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R, is beneficial
8. Strong ability to take ownership/responsibility of tasks
9. Excels in a fast-paced work environment

مؤهلات

2. - خبرة في التداول والتحليلات الكمية
3. درجة البكالوريوس أو درجة متقدمة في الرياضيات أو الإحصاء أو الاقتصاد أو المجال ذي الصلة
4. مهارة قوية في التحليل وحل المشاكل
5. مهارات تواصل وتعاون ممتازة
6. تعد المعرفة بأصول التشفير وتكنولوجيا blockchain مفيدة
7. تعتبر الخبرة في لغات البرمجة، مثل Python أو R، مفيدة
8. قدرة قوية على تحمل ملكية / مسؤولية المهام
9. يتفوق في بيئة عمل سريعة الخطى
