Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement state-of-the-art surgical training programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Train and qualify surgical teams at diverse sites across Europe, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards.
- Conduct surgical training sessions, providing hands-on support and expertise to enhance clinical skills.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, contributing to peer-to-peer scientific exchange regarding disease, clinical unmet needs, and clinical trials.
- Provide accurate scientific information and support to study sites, ensuring high-quality engagement and support.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, Good Clinical Practices, and relevant guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Graduate level degree in a related field (BSc, BS, or higher).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
- Expertise in Ophthalmology, Retina, or Gene Therapy Delivery preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial methodology and management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
