Role Description
- This is a contract on-site role for a Property Coordinator at AmanCare Group located in Hamad Town. The Property Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with property owners and tenants, handling maintenance requests, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
- Experience in property management, facility management, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding property management is a plus
