We are currently seeking a Mix/Prep Helper to assist in the preparation of ingredients and the mixing process within our production facility. The ideal candidate will support our production team in ensuring that all ingredients are accurately measured, mixed, and prepared according to recipes and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a passion for delivering high-quality baked goods and confectionery products.
Assist in measuring and weighing ingredients according to recipe specifications.
2. Prepare ingredients for mixing, including sifting flour, cutting butter, and measuring liquids.
3. Operate mixing equipment under the guidance of experienced staff.
4. Monitor mixing processes to ensure ingredients are properly combined and mixed.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the mixing/prep area, including cleaning equipment and utensils.
6. Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting shortages.
7. Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure product safety and compliance with regulations.
