- Alzayani Investments is a leading investment firm specializing in various industries, including real estate, healthcare, and hospitality. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our company, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth business functioning and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of Al Rifai retail stores and serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for wholesale and retail sales.
- Develop new business, oversee administration, control P&L, and manage inventory.
- Monitor operating costs, identify cost reduction opportunities, challenge unauthorized activity, and ensure value for money.
- Lead the sales team to achieve growth and meet sales targets through recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies and product placement to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Lead major change and property development projects, such as mall developments and new store openings.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
- Monitor sales team performance and provide relevant training.
- Maintain professional appearance, positive attitude, and adherence to safety, security, and legal procedures.
- Demonstrate a healthy work attendance and positive approach towards subordinates, superiors, and customers.
- Be flexible to work at various locations as per company requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of business operations, financial management, and project management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the investment industry is a plus.

متطلبات:
