Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent at Albader Travel & Tourism located in Manama, Bahrain. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for managing reservations and ticketing inquiries, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in reservations and customer service in the travel and tourism industry
- Knowledge and understanding of travel regulations and ticketing procedures
- Proven sales experience and ability to upsell
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Arabic and English language
