Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA
What is the role?
- We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager EMEA, who will collaborate to develop and drive the downstream 5-year strategic marketing plan as well as own and deliver the annual Go to Market execution plan in Europe, Middle East and Africa sales channels, with a key focus on the prioritized markets.
- As this is an EMEA wide role, you could be based anywhere in the EU or in the UK with a strong preference for our direct markets, France, Germany and UK. You speak English fluently as well as at least another language between French, Spanish and Italian.
- You will have responsibility for understanding, building and maintaining go to market strengths in customers' and strategic partner’s minds through competitive product positioning and promotion across the full marketing mix, clinical messaging and channel execution.
- As part of the EMEA leadership team, you will play a key role in building the strategic vision & growth of the EMEA business. You will create, deliver and track the marketing plan for the Aerogen portfolio and direct the implementation of that plan through the downstream marketing execution and follow up, with regional sales teams and other cross-functional partners.
- You will also partner closely with Global Marketing and with colleagues from the EMEA 4 clusters to help refine Aerogen’s global strategy & co-develop primary campaigns and resources for the marketing mix.
- You will work with multiple functions within the company at a global and domestic level, as well as you will establish and maintain professional and clinical relationships on behalf of Aerogen.
What education and experience are required?
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree (any subject) and post-graduate qualification in Business or Marketing or equivalent job experience. You might ideally have a prior commercial experience
- You have in depth proven experience in medical device marketing, focused on demand & revenue generation
- You have a passion for leading teams to high performance, you find developing talent rewarding and you go above and beyond to make the teams you partner with engaged. And you have a track record to prove that
- You are familiar with a P&L and you can share examples of how you contributed to positively impacting revenues & profitability. Spending some time in sales a plus
- You obtain & apply strong insight into mind of customer for growth across 5-year periods.
- You have experience in developing a compelling strategic vision & execution orientation for EMEA
