Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in in insurance or reinsurance (preferably similar role)
- BSc degree in accounting (Professional certifications related to insurance/ reinsurance are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform meticulous reconciliations of reinsurer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Proactively follow up with reinsurers to obtain reinsurance payments and settle any overdue amounts.
- Calculate and monitor the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) and bad debts related to reinsurance accounts.
- Prepare and review comprehensive reinsurance reports, delivering valuable insights to both internal management and our parent company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of reinsurance operations and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to reinsurance.

- إجراء تسويات دقيقة لحسابات معيدي التأمين، مما يضمن الدقة والتوقيت المناسب.
- المتابعة بشكل استباقي مع معيدي التأمين للحصول على مدفوعات إعادة التأمين وتسوية أي مبالغ متأخرة.
- حساب ومراقبة الخسارة الائتمانية المتوقعة والديون المعدومة المتعلقة بحسابات إعادة التأمين.
- قم بإعداد ومراجعة تقارير إعادة التأمين الشاملة، وتقديم رؤى قيمة لكل من الإدارة الداخلية وشركتنا الأم.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان التنسيق السلس لعمليات ومعاملات إعادة التأمين.
- ابق على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة واللوائح وأفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بإعادة التأمين.
