- Ensure cash station is handled carefully and without discrepancies
- Ensure change is available in the float at all times to service guests
- Complete day end procedures for the cash station
- Attend the telephone professionally as trained and service the guest on call
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the cash station
- Ensure all cashiering paperwork is complete and filed/forwarded as necessary to concerned file/person

- Participate in detailed cleaning of sections, kitchen and restaurant as required
- Receive instructions from supervisory staff and execute
- Maintain a cordial and cooperative team atmosphere in the restaurant for smooth operations

Waiter
Primary Responsibility
- Take orders and serve food on time
- Neatly set tables at all times (using pre-bussing), even during guest dining
- Follow service standards as trained
- Maintain excellent personal hygiene and grooming as directed by management
- Maintain the cleanliness of your respective section
- Ensure the presence of a Waiter in your section when you are not available
- Prompty report any guest complaints to supervisory staff
- Run food to the table as and when required
