- Hairshop.bh is an online registrated shopped. seeking to expand to the regional market by supply the natural hair. we are believe that nothing can bring the beauty and self image like the natural hair. we seek a full-time Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in Manama.
- This role is flexible and allows for some remote work.
- As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers, and increasing retail sales.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized and clean sales floor and ensuring all products are stocked and merchandised to company standards.
- Additionally, you will be expected to meet sales goals and use your knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers with their shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- A passion for the beauty industry and a strong knowledge of hair care, styling, and beauty products
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والمهارات التنظيمية
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى ومهام متعددة
- شغف بصناعة التجميل ومعرفة قوية بمنتجات العناية بالشعر والتصفيف والتجميل
- المرونة في العمل في المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع حسب الحاجة
- شهادة الدراسة الثانوية أو ما يعادلها؛ يفضل الحصول على شهادة جامعية
