We are looking for a dynamic Bar Manager to join our team!
- The Bar Manager's responsibility covers all areas of planning and delegating daily tasks within their team, working closely with their Shift Managers, ensuring a strong and structured Shift Plan including Team Positioning to ensure the maintenance of a solid Daily Concept Workflow with stable structures, which is focusing on balanced stations and ensuring low Average Waiting Time and high product quality.
- The Bar Manager will be on top and working closely with the Purchasing and Supply Chain team to ensure a controlled stock handling within their bar, including weekly counts, delivery reporting and a stable waste % in their bar. Understanding and working actively with the weekly reports such as BM report and Re-Count and ensuring maintained stock on hand and respectful stock handling.
- The Bar Manager has the responsibility to always be on top of their Juicers and Shift Managers performance by hosting Juicer Talks, keeping their team motivated and included and always ensuring a nonbiased and professional approach to their entire team. The ability to maintain objective and provide constructive feedback to their team.
EXPECTATIONS:
- We expect that the Bar Manager ensures a healthy and good work environment within their team, act with integrity, considering the brands non-discrimination values and keeping a nonbiased and objective performance view, within their team. Having a leadership mindset which is reflected in the brands Manifest of Much More.
- Ensuring and maintaining a good dialogue with the HR team, using reports and WP2 data to achieve and maintain a healthy and strong shift plan based on sales, productivity and need for headcount, to uphold Daily Concept Workflow and correct Team Positioning BTC.
- To always be on top of stock handling, having a respectful mindset around daily stock levels, achieving good and healthy waste % and using daily sales and POS report to ensure actual stock on hands, is reflected in this. To ensure and train their team in correct and proper product quality based on E-Campus and using Waste function on the List, to ensure a respectful and controlled
Stock Handling.
- To achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and other tasks informed by the Market Management including keeping their team motivated to do the same.
- To be on top and ensuring controlled cash handling procedures, maintaining good cashing in and out, using the companies framework.
- To handle and take care of guest complaints, communicated by online channels, in store complaints and informed by the Market Management.
