About the Role
- We’re hiring our first EMEA Solutions Architect, Experimentation to partner closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams and support our customers in their experimentation journey. This is a technical role where you will shape how dozens of Eppo customers think about experimentation and help them get started with our platform and achieve long-term technical success. Individuals who excel at this job have the ability to think strategically and invest time in developing re-usable artifacts and best practices which are made available across all customers.
What you’ll do as a Solutions Architect, Experimentation:
- Serve as the key technical contact with our customers and partners as they integrate with Eppo’s SDKs
- Couple technical knowledge with a consultative mindset to understand customer needs, gather requirements, and influence decisions
- Be the first point of contact for high priority customers issues or questions related to Eppo’s technical architecture and usage
- Provide customers with best practices for integrations, develop playbooks for use cases and identify key onboarding & adoption patterns to speed time to value
- Advocate for customers internally by frequently providing customer feedback to the product team
- Create a foundation for a strong technical partnership between Eppo and customers and solve technical hurdles that are impeding value realization
Skills
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 4+ years of experience as a data scientist, solutions engineer, or solutions consultant
- Proficient at SQL and analytics engineering
- Foundational knowledge of statistics and experimentation
- Experience managing relationships with technical stakeholders
- Ability to own and quarterback technical customer asks
- Desired: You have run many online experiments or have worked on an experimentation platform before

ما الذي ستفعله كمهندس الحلول والتجريب:
- العمل كجهة اتصال فنية رئيسية مع عملائنا وشركائنا أثناء تكاملهم مع مجموعات SDK الخاصة بـ Eppo
- الجمع بين المعرفة التقنية والعقلية الاستشارية لفهم احتياجات العملاء وجمع المتطلبات والتأثير على القرارات
- كن نقطة الاتصال الأولى لقضايا العملاء ذات الأولوية العالية أو الأسئلة المتعلقة بالبنية التقنية واستخدام Eppo
- تزويد العملاء بأفضل الممارسات لعمليات التكامل، وتطوير أدلة التشغيل لحالات الاستخدام وتحديد أنماط الإعداد والاعتماد الرئيسية لتسريع الوقت اللازم لتحقيق القيمة
- الدفاع عن العملاء داخليًا من خلال تقديم تعليقات العملاء بشكل متكرر إلى فريق المنتج
- إنشاء أساس لشراكة تقنية قوية بين Eppo والعملاء وحل العقبات التقنية التي تعيق تحقيق القيمة
مهارات
ما الذي ستجلبه للفريق:
- أكثر من 4 سنوات من الخبرة كعالم بيانات أو مهندس حلول أو مستشار حلول
- يتقن لغة SQL وهندسة التحليلات
- المعرفة الأساسية للإحصاءات والتجريب
- خبرة في إدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة التقنيين
- القدرة على امتلاك و قورتربك يطلب العميل الفني
- المرغوب فيه: لقد قمت بإجراء العديد من التجارب عبر الإنترنت أو عملت على منصة تجريبية من قبل
