Job Description
- VAM Systems is currently looking for Out Systems Developer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Educational Qualification & Certifications:
- Must have B.Sc. degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in the field.
- Senior System Analyst should have experience in the following;
- Experience in Low Code development is Mandatory
- At least 2 years experiences in the field of system analyzing.
- At least 2 years experiences in programming.
- Experience in databases Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Postgre, etc.
- Experience in web services API.
- Experience in Eclipse , Rational Application Developer (RAD)
- Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) techniques using UML
- Experience in writing technical documents.
- Must be Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing) and preferably Arabic.
- Experience in AWS cloud.
- Experience in SDLC like Agile Methodology.
- Knowledge of iOS & Android SDK Preferred
- Experience in User Experience (UX) and Testing Preferred
Required Skills:
- System Analysts should have excellent skills on user requirements study and application designs.
- Must be Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing) and preferably Arabic.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Study and analyze business requirements / problems, identify bottlenecks, propose optimal process reengineering and design economic, efficient and high quality solutions.
- Produce solution ERD and workflow.
- Guide programmers and supervise the software development life cycle.
- Test developed applications to confirm efficiency, accuracy, security and business requirement satisfaction.
- Advice stakeholders about applicable solutions for their business problems.
- Develop subordinates knowledge and experience and propose applicable trainings.
- Review user and system documentation and confirm that it is up to date.
- Develop standard procedures and explore possibilities to enhance current procedures.
- Perform other duties and related tasks as may be required.

- تبحث VAM Systems حاليًا عن مطور أنظمة خارجية لعملياتنا في البحرين بالمهارات والشروط والأحكام التالية:
المؤهلات التعليمية والشهادات:
- يجب أن يكون لديك بكالوريوس. درجة علمية أو أعلى في نظم المعلومات أو علوم الكمبيوتر أو هندسة الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في المجال.
- يجب أن يتمتع كبير محللي النظام بالخبرة في ما يلي:
- الخبرة في تطوير الكود المنخفض إلزامية
- -خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال تحليل النظم.
- -خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في البرمجة.
- خبرة في قواعد البيانات Oracle وMicrosoft SQL وPostgre وما إلى ذلك.
- خبرة في API لخدمات الويب.
- خبرة في Eclipse ومطور التطبيقات العقلانية (RAD)
- خبرة في تقنيات التحليل والتصميم الموجه للكائنات (OOAD) باستخدام UML
- خبرة في كتابة المستندات الفنية.
- يجب أن يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وقراءة وكتابة) ويفضل اللغة العربية.
- خبرة في سحابة AWS.
- خبرة في SDLC مثل منهجية Agile.
- يفضل معرفة iOS وAndroid SDK
- يفضل الخبرة في تجربة المستخدم (UX) والاختبار
المهارات المطلوبة:
- يجب أن يتمتع محللو النظام بمهارات ممتازة في دراسة متطلبات المستخدم وتصميمات التطبيقات.
- يجب أن يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وقراءة وكتابة) ويفضل اللغة العربية.
الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- دراسة وتحليل متطلبات / مشاكل العمل، وتحديد الاختناقات، واقتراح إعادة هندسة العمليات الأمثل وتصميم حلول اقتصادية وفعالة وعالية الجودة.
- إنتاج الحل ERD وسير العمل.
- توجيه المبرمجين والإشراف على دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات.
- اختبار التطبيقات المطورة للتأكد من الكفاءة والدقة والأمن والرضا عن متطلبات العمل.
- تقديم المشورة لأصحاب المصلحة حول الحلول القابلة للتطبيق لمشاكل أعمالهم.
- تطوير المعرفة والخبرة لدى المرؤوسين واقتراح الدورات التدريبية القابلة للتطبيق.
- قم بمراجعة وثائق المستخدم والنظام وتأكد من تحديثها.
- تطوير الإجراءات القياسية واستكشاف إمكانيات تعزيز الإجراءات الحالية.
- أداء واجبات أخرى والمهام ذات الصلة كما قد يكون مطلوبا.
- جميع الواجبات الأخرى كما تم تعيينها
