About The Role
- Mazad is looking for a Bahraini national to play a pivotal role in our mission to make bidding and purchasing an effortless journey, the Senior UX Designer position is all about fostering a delightful, user-centric experience with our products. Your task will involve continuously enhancing and refining user interactions to ensure they are seamless, enjoyable, and always on an upward trajectory.
- As a Senior UX Designer, your focus will be on enriching the lives of our users by enhancing their overall experience. Collaborating closely with our exceptional development team, you'll have the opportunity to translate innovative ideas into practical solutions that resonate with our users. Your expertise will contribute to shaping interfaces that not only simplify processes but also bring a sense of ease and satisfaction to our customers' interactions with our platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for design visualization and early-stage testing.
- Map user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Design user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar software for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies, including conducting user interviews, usability testing, and creating personas.
- Knowledge of design systems, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards to create user-friendly and consistent designs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in designing for various platforms, including web and mobile, and an understanding of responsive design principles.
- Proficiency in creating social media and marketing materials, with an eye for visual communication and brand consistency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an iterative approach to design, incorporating feedback and making data-driven decisions.
- Awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
