Job Purpose:
- To ensure contracted service delivery to DSV Bahrain’s Strategic Partners by working closely with the clients & operations team.
- Forecasting the financials for the company from the operational forecasts provided by client.
- Conducting Business and operational reviews.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction & building long terms strategic partnership.
Accoutabilities:
- Maintaining productivity data for the entire sales customers (for all products)
- Filing and maintaining insurance data for customers for the accounts department
- Maintaining and updating contracts and contract expiration dates in coordination with the accounts department
- Preparing quotations and updating quote status on regular basis
- Updating tracking reports on regular basis
- Works closely with sales team to communicate, coordinate and compile sales reports for the Management on pre-defined basis
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team, their clients along with inter-company offices.
- Assists on market research analysis and trends
- Other analytical tasks as required to support the Sales and accounts department
Reporting
Ensures accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information about the customers
Prepares sales plans and reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from a four year university or equivalent experience is required
Experience:
With a minimum of 2 years’ of solid experience in an inside Sales & Marketing environment

- الاحتفاظ ببيانات الإنتاجية لجميع عملاء المبيعات (لجميع المنتجات)
- - حفظ وحفظ البيانات التأمينية للعملاء لقسم الحسابات
- - صيانة وتحديث العقود وتواريخ انتهاء العقود بالتنسيق مع قسم الحسابات
- إعداد عروض الأسعار وتحديث حالة عرض الأسعار بشكل منتظم
- تحديث تقارير التتبع بشكل منتظم
- يعمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق المبيعات للتواصل والتنسيق وتجميع تقارير المبيعات للإدارة على أساس محدد مسبقًا
- إدارة المراسلات بين فريق المبيعات وعملائهم والمكاتب المشتركة بين الشركات.
- يساعد في تحليل أبحاث السوق والاتجاهات
- المهام التحليلية الأخرى كما هو مطلوب لدعم قسم المبيعات والحسابات
إعداد التقارير
يضمن التجميع الدقيق والإبلاغ عن المعلومات التشغيلية والمالية حول العملاء
يقوم بإعداد خطط المبيعات والتقارير
مؤهلات:
يشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة لمدة أربع سنوات أو ما يعادلها من خبرة
خبرة:
مع خبرة قوية لا تقل عن سنتين في بيئة المبيعات والتسويق الداخلية
الكفاءات:
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثا)
- مع مهارات مايكروسوفت أوفيس المتقدمة (خاصة Excel وPowerPoint وWord).
