- Based in Manama, Bahrain, working with local, regional, and international clients, we’re looking for an experienced account manager to join our highly successful and rapidly expanding team. With a positive ‘can do’ attitude, great people skills, and on the pulse awareness,
- you will need to display both exceptional client management skills and strategic thinking to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Act as primary point of contact for the agency’s clients, ensuring long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships are developed and nurtured.
· Be responsible for managing the client relationship through great communication, effective problem solving, and prompt response to requests and briefs.
· Take client communication briefs, add value where required, and traffic into the creative team.
· Prepare and present strategic/ campaign / project / creative decks to clients.
· Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating, and seeking approval of any changes to these.
· Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next actions.
· Identify ways to grow business through existing client accounts.
· Identify ways to grow accounts through new business opportunities.
· Keep abreast of industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in client servicing within the advertising industry.
· Demonstrable problem solving and presentation ability.
· Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
· Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
· Experience of financial and food sectors preferred but not essential.
· The ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written format is essential. Arabic language skills would be beneficial.
Salary and Benefits
· Salary Range: Up to 1,000 BHD per month

المسؤوليات والواجبات
· العمل كنقطة اتصال أساسية لعملاء الوكالة، مما يضمن تطوير ورعاية علاقات طويلة الأمد ومتبادلة المنفعة.
· كن مسؤولاً عن إدارة العلاقة مع العميل من خلال التواصل الرائع وحل المشكلات الفعال والاستجابة السريعة للطلبات والموجزات.
· احصل على ملخصات التواصل مع العميل، وأضف القيمة عند الاقتضاء، وقم بحركة المرور إلى الفريق الإبداعي.
· إعداد وتقديم العروض الإستراتيجية / الحملة / المشروع / الإبداعية للعملاء.
· التأكد من الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية للمشروع والميزانيات، والتواصل، والسعي للحصول على الموافقة على أي تغييرات تطرأ عليها.
· الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للاجتماعات والقرارات والإجراءات التالية.
· تحديد طرق تنمية الأعمال التجارية من خلال حسابات العملاء الحالية.
· تحديد طرق تنمية الحسابات من خلال فرص عمل جديدة.
· مواكبة اتجاهات الصناعة.
والمؤهلات والمهارات
· خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في خدمة العملاء في صناعة الإعلان.
· يمكن إثباته في حل المشكلات والقدرة على العرض.
· مهارات لفظية وكتابية واستماع قوية.
· منظم للغاية، مع اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل.
· يفضل الخبرة في القطاعات المالية والغذائية ولكنها ليست ضرورية.
· تعد القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية، شفهياً وكتابياً، أمراً ضرورياً. مهارات اللغة العربية ستكون مفيدة.

· نطاق الراتب: يصل إلى 1000 دينار بحريني شهريًا
