Role: UI/UX Designer
- We are currently representing a Digital Financial Services company providing payment and financial services across the Middle East and that is expanding their team to recruit a UI/UX Designer to be based in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behaviour.
Qualification & Skills:
- A Bachelor's Degree in UI/UX design or digital products or digital services
- 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for both web and mobile platforms.
- Experience with financial products is preferable
- Proficient in Sketch / Adobe XD / Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Figma / Zeplin
- A team player but can work independently too
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Working experience in an agile software development environment

- اختبار عناصر واجهة المستخدم مثل عبارات الحث على اتخاذ إجراء، واللافتات، وتخطيطات الصفحة، وتصميمات الصفحة، وتدفقات الصفحة، والروابط المستهدفة للصفحات المقصودة.
- التعاون مع فريق التسويق والمصممين الداخليين والخارجيين لضمان إنشاء وتقديم تجارب مخصصة للمستخدم الرقمي.
- تقديم المشورة والتوجيه بشأن تنفيذ منهجيات بحث تجربة المستخدم وأنشطة الاختبار لتحليل سلوك المستخدم والتنبؤ به.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في تصميم UI/UX أو المنتجات الرقمية أو الخدمات الرقمية
- أكثر من 6 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في تصميم UI/UX لمنصات الويب والهواتف المحمولة.
- يفضل الخبرة في المنتجات المالية
- يتقن الرسم / Adobe XD / Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / Figma / Zeplin
- لاعب فريق ولكن يمكنه العمل بشكل مستقل أيضًا
- مهارات تواصل كتابية ولفظية ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية
- مهارات تعدد المهام وإدارة الوقت، مع القدرة على تحديد أولويات المهام.
- خبرة عملية في بيئة تطوير برمجيات رشيقة
