Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Al-Hidd for a Technical Manager with CAT A Licensed Engineer. The Technical Manager with CAT A Licensed Engineer will be responsible for managing technical operations and staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards, and providing technical expertise and guidance. They will also work with clients and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing, inspection, and calibration services, and will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving testing procedures and facilities.

Qualifications

1. Hold a CAT A Licensed Engineer status or similar qualification
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field
3. Proven experience in technical management and oversight
4. Expertise in one or more areas including mechanics, electronics, and instrumentation
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
7. Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 17025 or similar standards
8. Project management skills and experience
9. Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency would be an advantage.
10. Commitment to continuous learning and development.

• هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع يقع في مدينة الحد لمدير فني مع مهندس مرخص من CAT. سيكون المدير الفني مع مهندس مرخص من CAT مسؤولاً عن إدارة العمليات الفنية والموظفين، وضمان الامتثال للوائح ومعايير السلامة، وتوفير الخبرة الفنية والتوجيه. وسيعملون أيضًا مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لتقديم خدمات اختبار وفحص ومعايرة عالية الجودة، وسيكونون مسؤولين عن صيانة إجراءات ومرافق الاختبار وتحسينها باستمرار.

مؤهلات

1. حاصل على حالة مهندس مرخص CAT A أو مؤهل مماثل
2. درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة
3. -خبرة مثبتة في الإدارة الفنية والرقابة
4. الخبرة في واحد أو أكثر من المجالات بما في ذلك الميكانيكا والإلكترونيات والأجهزة
5. مهارة قوية في التحليل وحل المشاكل
6. التواصل الفعال ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين، والقدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة
7. خبرة في أنظمة إدارة الجودة (QMS) وISO 17025 أو معايير مماثلة
8. مهارات وخبرة في إدارة المشاريع
9. طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ إتقان اللغة العربية سيكون ميزة.
10. الالتزام بالتعلم والتطوير المستمر.
