Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Design Engineer based in Manama.
- The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural frameworks, based on customer requirements, in compliance with design codes and standards, using structural analysis software.
- The Engineer will also evaluate the structural integrity of existing structures and suggest improvements to ensure their safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in designing and analyzing steel and concrete structures
- Excellent knowledge of structural analysis software such as Staad Pro, ETABS, and SAP2000
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of design codes and standards such as ACI, AISC, and ASCE
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Experience in using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software is a plus
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent is a plus

- هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع لمهندس التصميم الإنشائي ومقره في المنامة. سيكون مهندس التصميم الإنشائي مسؤولاً عن تصميم وتحليل الأطر الهيكلية، بناءً على متطلبات العملاء، بما يتوافق مع قوانين ومعايير التصميم، باستخدام برنامج التحليل الهيكلي. سيقوم المهندس أيضًا بتقييم السلامة الهيكلية للهياكل القائمة واقتراح التحسينات لضمان سلامتها.
مؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة في تصميم وتحليل الهياكل الفولاذية والخرسانية
- معرفة ممتازة ببرامج التحليل الهيكلي مثل Staad Pro وETABS وSAP2000
- الكفاءة في تطبيقات AutoCAD وMicrosoft Office
- معرفة رموز ومعايير التصميم مثل ACI وAISC وASCE
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة جماعية والتواصل بشكل فعال مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية للمشروع
- تعتبر الخبرة في استخدام برنامج نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) ميزة إضافية
- يعتبر ترخيص الهندسة المهنية (PE) أو ما يعادله ميزة إضافية
