As an SRE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
System Stability and Performance:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline operational processes.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate infrastructure as code (IaC) principles for efficient and consistent infrastructure deployment.
- Incident Response and Problem Resolution:
- Respond to incidents promptly, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Capacity Planning:
- Analyze system capacity and plan for future growth by collaborating with development and business teams.
- Propose and implement scalability improvements to accommodate increasing workloads.
- Security and Compliance:
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain security best practices.
- Ensure systems and applications comply with regulatory requirements.
Documentation:
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for system architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
On-Call Support:
- Participate in an on-call rotation to address critical incidents outside regular working hours.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Certified Administrator) is a plus.
IT Networking Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level networks.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Familiarity with VPN technologies and secure network configurations.
- Certification in networking (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Professional - CCNP, Juniper Networks Certified Professional - JNCIP) is highly desirable.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time position with working hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST). Some flexibility may be required to accommodate business needs and on-call responsibilities.

مؤهلات:
