Qualifications:
Profile: The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of engaging stakeholders to bring about desired outcomes, composing and driving business strategy, and would feel invested in joint success.
Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, preferably with post-graduate education in a relevant field such as Aviation Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration etc.
Experience: Min. 5 years of professional work experience in a relevant field such as IT companies, airlines, travel companies etc. Previous experience with Air Travel IT and/or SaaS (Software as a Service) would be highly preferred.
Languages: Very good command of both spoken and written English is an absolute must, other languages are a plus.
Travel: Must be willing and able to travel internationally at short notice.
Job Details:
- This role is nominally based either at the Hitit headquarters in Istanbul or Hitit Europe offices in Amsterdam, although flexible hybrid / fully remote working arrangements are possible. Please note that this role does not include visa sponsorship or relocation, so the candidate must hold a valid work permit for their chosen location.
- This role reports to the Director of Business Development and Industry Engagement based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and supporting business development activities, including but not limited to:
- Preparation of whitepapers, reports, strategy and guidance documents
- Engagements with internal and external decision-makers to drive success,
- Engagements with industry stakeholders and partners to facilitate, grow and nurture strategic partnerships,
- Identifying and facilitating new business opportunities.
- Presenting in workshops, conferences, industry events and other public engagements
