About The Job

• An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager role to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa Family. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
• Set the strategies along with the DOS and implementing sales activities in order to drive business from main feeder markets in GCC (leisure and corporate) and achieve the financial goal.
• Effectively manage and develop the respective accounts and achieve the set revenue targets of managed accounts.
• Contributing to overall Sales strategy of Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa.
• Monitoring market trends, collecting and sharing market intelligence with the team and the management.
• Supporting and communicating Jumeirah’s brand promise” Stay Different”.
• Source new partners in the GCC market to increase market share.

About You

1. The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in Sales
4. Strong knowledge of GCC and Bahrain Market.
5. Solid overall sales background in the 5* hotel industry.
