- Embark on a dynamic journey with us as a Sales Development Representative providing services to our VIPs in an attempt to increase uplift and delta for the region.
Tasks in the role:
- Conducting proactive outreach to potential clients including cold calling, written communication and through our internal CRM in order to promote our products;
- Demonstrate effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into customers;
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention;
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
Requirements:
- English proficiency at least B2 level;
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Indonesian/Malay;
- Bachelor`s in Economics;
- Proven experience within the Financial industry, particularly in sales development or a similar role.

المهام في الدور:
- إجراء تواصل استباقي مع العملاء المحتملين بما في ذلك الاتصال البارد والتواصل الكتابي ومن خلال إدارة علاقات العملاء الداخلية لدينا من أجل الترويج لمنتجاتنا؛
- إظهار تقنيات التفاوض الفعالة لتحويل العملاء المتوقعين إلى عملاء؛
- تنفيذ مبادرات لتعزيز رضا العملاء والاحتفاظ بهم؛
- إنشاء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها كمستشار موثوق به.
متطلبات:
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى B2 على الأقل؛
- إتقان اللغة الأم أو ثنائية اللغة في اللغة الإندونيسية/الماليزية؛
- بكالوريوس في الاقتصاد.
- -خبرة مثبتة في الصناعة المالية، وخاصة في تطوير المبيعات أو دور مماثل.
