Responsibilities:
- Analyze product and process data to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and implement quality plans to improve processes and product quality
- Perform technical investigations and prepare reports
- Create reliable testing methods to ensure product compliance and reduce costs
- Assist in implementing quality control procedures and systems
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company policies
- Track and oversee corrective actions for incidents, nonconformities, and complaints
- Assist in root cause analysis investigations and corrective actions
- Maintain testing equipment and manage documentation controls
Perform inspection and testing on materials and finished products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical or chemical)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
- Experience in scientific research and technical report writing
- Knowledge of metallurgical testing is a plus
- ISO 9001 auditor certification is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime

مؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل الميكانيكية أو الكيميائية)
- الكفاءة في Excel وPowerPoint وMS Office
- مهارات قوية في تحليل البيانات وعرضها
- خبرة في مجال البحث العلمي وكتابة التقارير الفنية
- المعرفة باختبارات المعادن تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- تعتبر شهادة مدقق الحسابات ISO 9001 ميزة إضافية
- مهارات اتصال كتابية وشفوية ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية
- المرونة في العمل في نوبات مختلفة والعمل الإضافي
