About the job

• We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Now we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to join one of our brands - IQ Option.
• IQ Option is a globally recognized financial broker, renowned for its cutting-edge online trading platform. Established in 2013, IQ Option quickly became one of the top leaders in online trading worldwide. Operating in over 13 languages worldwide, IQ Option empowers clients to engage in diverse trading opportunities, encompassing Forex, CFDs, and Options.
• As an Influencer Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies.

Tasks in the role:

1. Research and identify key influencers in the region;
2. Negotiate conditions, prices with the influencers, prepare the related agreements, control draft preparation and publication process;
3. Work with the influencers using different interaction models: fixed payments, cpa, revenue share, monthly contracts;
4. Ensure the implementation of influencer marketing strategies and campaign execution in the market;
5. Analyze the results from publications using internal tracking tools and generate insights on the effects of creator marketing initiatives;
6. Work together with the team to create new marketing strategies, organize offline events, collaborations;
7. Monitor competitors activities on the market to obtain knowledge about their strategies and their key partners to find new opportunities for advertising.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media or digital marketing;
• Advanced knowledge of all social media platforms and messengers - Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, Twitch, Telegram, Whatsapp;
• Portuguese language at a native level;
• Experience marketing fintech, crypto products, betting or trading will be a benefit;
• Having a creative thinking and ability to think outside the box;
• Strong aptitude for utilizing data to establish strategies for measuring creator channels.

6. العمل مع الفريق لإنشاء استراتيجيات تسويقية جديدة وتنظيم الأحداث والتعاون دون اتصال بالإنترنت؛
7. مراقبة أنشطة المنافسين في السوق للحصول على المعرفة حول استراتيجياتهم وشركائهم الرئيسيين لإيجاد فرص جديدة للإعلان.

متطلبات:

• ما لا يقل عن سنتين من الخبرة في مجال التسويق المؤثر أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو التسويق الرقمي؛
• معرفة متقدمة بجميع منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وبرامج المراسلة - Instagram وYoutube وTik Tok وTwitch وTelegram وWhatsApp؛
• اللغة البرتغالية على المستوى الأصلي؛
• ستكون الخبرة في تسويق التكنولوجيا المالية أو منتجات التشفير أو المراهنة أو التداول مفيدة؛
• التمتع بالتفكير الإبداعي والقدرة على التفكير خارج الصندوق؛
• قدرة قوية على استخدام البيانات لوضع استراتيجيات لقياس قنوات منشئي المحتوى.
