Project Manager- Bahrain
Aon in the Middle East Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain (On-site)
- The role requires an operational and strategically minded individual who is interactive by nature, with a strong background of project / business management skills where the scope of work will initially be Project Management with a transition into Operations Management / Product Ownership at the implementation of the Project.
The appropriate candidate will be required to:
- Project Management - overseeing the end-to-end project management process to live, and for any further phases or enhancements to the Product
- Operations Lead - Lead the BAU operation and liaison between the various operational and, IT and administration teams
- Client relationship and management - developing and maintain the client relationship, look for new commercial opportunities, and implement and maintain BAU communication strategies with client and stakeholders
- Product ownership - understanding and prioritizing user requirements, defining product features and driving product development
- Carry out end-to-end leadership and program management, monitoring and managing client relationships and expectations.
- Manage the project team including hiring, training and evaluation as well as collaborating with a wider cross-functional group and outsourced teams
- Be responsible and accountable for regular monitoring and reporting on the project and moving forward, the business performance.
- Develop operational policies and procedures and processes, implement these, and manage these once the project has been completed and implemented.
Education/Professional Qualifications:
- University degree
- Preferably qualified PMO
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Project management
- Excellent verbal, organizational and communication skills, used to work with C-level management
- Confident, accurate, self-motivated and resilient
- Discrete, diplomatic, flexible and reliable
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Possess a good customer and business/operations perspective

- يتطلب الدور فردًا تشغيليًا وذو تفكير استراتيجي وتفاعلي بطبيعته، مع خلفية قوية من مهارات إدارة المشروع / الأعمال حيث سيكون نطاق العمل في البداية هو إدارة المشروع مع الانتقال إلى إدارة العمليات / ملكية المنتج عند تنفيذ المشروع. .
سيُطلب من المرشح المناسب ما يلي:
- إدارة المشروع - الإشراف على عملية إدارة المشروع الشاملة، ولأي مراحل أو تحسينات أخرى للمنتج
- قائد العمليات - قيادة عملية BAU والاتصال بين مختلف الفرق التشغيلية وفرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإدارة
- العلاقة مع العملاء وإدارتها - تطوير العلاقة مع العميل والحفاظ عليها، والبحث عن فرص تجارية جديدة، وتنفيذ وصيانة استراتيجيات اتصالات BAU مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة
- ملكية المنتج - فهم متطلبات المستخدم وتحديد أولوياتها، وتحديد ميزات المنتج ودفع تطوير المنتج
- تنفيذ القيادة الشاملة وإدارة البرامج ومراقبة وإدارة علاقات العملاء وتوقعاتهم.
- إدارة فريق المشروع بما في ذلك التوظيف والتدريب والتقييم بالإضافة إلى التعاون مع مجموعة أوسع متعددة الوظائف وفرق الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية
- كن مسؤولاً وخاضعًا للمساءلة عن المراقبة المنتظمة وإعداد التقارير حول المشروع والمضي قدمًا في أداء الأعمال.
- تطوير السياسات والإجراءات والعمليات التشغيلية وتنفيذها وإدارتها بمجرد اكتمال المشروع وتنفيذه.
التعليم / المؤهلات المهنية:
- شهادة جامعية
- يفضل أن يكون PMO مؤهلاً
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع
- مهارات لفظية وتنظيمية وتواصلية ممتازة، تُستخدم للعمل مع الإدارة على المستوى C
- واثق ودقيق ولديه دوافع ذاتية ومرن
- منفصلة ودبلوماسية ومرنة وموثوقة
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط للوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية
- امتلاك منظور جيد للعملاء والأعمال / العمليات
