Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening
• Utilize diverse sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews.

ATS Management

• Effectively manage candidate pipelines using our ATS.
• Generate reports to track recruitment metrics.

Interviewing

• Conduct structured interviews with candidates.
• Develop and ask competency-based questions.

Communication

• Communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and engage candidates effectively.

Networking

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• Attend industry events to expand the candidate pool.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.
3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
6. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
7. Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
8. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
