- Run data ingestion processes across a number of content buckets.
- Work with internal stakeholders to quality check and ingest content.
- Work with our internal teams and external stakeholders to refine and make our processes (and customer outcomes) better every day.
- Deliver outstanding content quality and integrity to defined service levels.

- Are hands-on, taking things into their own hands to drive progress.
- Can show experience working with data and data ingestion processes.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and seek out to deliver outstanding quality.
- Have an excellent command of MS Excel.
- SQL and automation skills in any scripting language are a strong plus.
- Have strong stakeholder management skills.
- An understanding of the air cargo industry and how rate sheets are used is a plus.
- Embrace uncertainty and display a high level of adaptability.
- Are willing to learn and open to accepting feedback, generously giving their own in return.
