- Supplier Quality Inspection Engineer - Railway Field
Purpose of Position
1. The job incumbent is responsible for inspection and supply Chain in the QA/QC field of (Railway Manufacturing)
2. He usually carries out his tasks independently, with minimum supervision, and these may be on well-identified, or isolated assets, or complex installations.
Major Responsibilities.
- Review of applicable contractual requirements (technical standards, specifications, etc) & and highlight execution/inspection problems if any for Loco Frame Parts - Gear Case, Fabricated Bogie Frame Assembly, Cab Assembly, Casting Iron Link MAC, Fuel Filter Assembly & FMEA Control Plan.
- Inspection of Castings: Inspection of Critical jobs like Shafts and roller assemblies, Gears, and Mill Heads, with activities like Raw Material Identification, Applicable physical & and chemical Testing, U.T. in proof machined condition, final inspection after machining, M.P.I., D.P.T.
- Vendor Assessment: An audit activity on documentation & and different aspects of quality control & and quality assurance at the vendor's site, analysis of the system of NC follow-ups & and effectiveness of implementation of QMS, and product testing. Subsequent Vendor Rating based on observations. Capacity assessment of manufacturing facilities of manufacturers for various clients.
Qualification and Experience
- Engineering Graduate / (Mechanical Engineer) / Production / Industrial/Railways) with min. 8 years of industry experience with 3-5 years experience in the Railway sector.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standards
- Experience in Similar Industries in Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Departments & Supply Chain
- Knowledge of Calibration of Tools and gauges

الغرض من المنصب
1. شاغل الوظيفة مسؤول عن التفتيش وسلسلة التوريد في مجال ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (تصنيع السكك الحديدية)
2. يقوم عادة بمهامه بشكل مستقل، مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف، وقد تكون هذه على أصول محددة جيدا، أو معزولة، أو منشآت معقدة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية.
- مراجعة المتطلبات التعاقدية المطبقة (المعايير الفنية والمواصفات وما إلى ذلك) وتسليط الضوء على مشاكل التنفيذ/الفحص إن وجدت لأجزاء إطار Loco - علبة التروس، مجموعة إطار العربة المصنعة، مجموعة الكابينة، وصلة MAC من حديد الصب، مجموعة فلتر الوقود وخطة التحكم FMEA .
- فحص المسبوكات: فحص الوظائف الحرجة مثل الأعمدة وتجميعات الأسطوانة، والتروس، ورؤوس المطاحن، مع أنشطة مثل تحديد المواد الخام، والاختبارات الفيزيائية والكيميائية المطبقة، وUT في حالة التصنيع الآلي، والفحص النهائي بعد التشغيل الآلي، وMPI، وDPT
- تقييم البائع: نشاط تدقيق بشأن التوثيق والجوانب المختلفة لمراقبة الجودة وضمان الجودة في موقع البائع، وتحليل نظام متابعات NC وفعالية تنفيذ نظام إدارة الجودة، واختبار المنتج. تقييم البائع اللاحق بناءً على الملاحظات. تقييم قدرات مرافق التصنيع للمصنعين لمختلف العملاء.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- خريج هندسة / (مهندس ميكانيكي) / إنتاج / صناعي / سكك حديدية) بحد أدنى. 8 سنوات من الخبرة في الصناعة مع 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في قطاع السكك الحديدية.
- المعرفة بمعايير ISO 9001
- خبرة في الصناعات المماثلة في أقسام مراقبة الجودة/ضمان الجودة وسلسلة التوريد
- معرفة معايرة الأدوات وأجهزة القياس
