We are hiring Onsite Incident Manager(SOC Analyst) with good experience in Arcsight.
- Position – Onsite Incident Manager
- Work Location – Bahrain
- Experience - 7+
Expected Joining - Immediate to 30 days
- The role shall serve as a technical expert for the operations and execution of onsite incident response and other SOC activities. Coordinate efforts of cyber defence teams and provide timely updates and recommendation to management.
Minimum qualification required for Onsite Incident Manager Position is:
1. Min 4 years’ experience in cyber security and SOC operations
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering
3. ArcSight Certified
4. Experience in installing ArcSight connectors, creating rules, query, and active channels and analyzing the events from the devices/servers
5. Creating channels in ArcSight tool and monitoring the events from all kind of devices.
6. Implementation and Deployment experience on ArcSight for patches and upgrades
7. Developing flex connectors
8. Developing and configuring reports on ArcSight
9. Administration and troubleshooting ArcSight.
10. ITIL process knowledge

الانضمام المتوقع - فوري إلى 30 يومًا
- يجب أن يكون الدور بمثابة خبير فني لعمليات وتنفيذ الاستجابة للحوادث في الموقع وأنشطة مركز عمليات الأمن الأخرى. تنسيق جهود فرق الدفاع السيبراني وتقديم التحديثات والتوصيات للإدارة في الوقت المناسب.
الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات المطلوبة لوظيفة مدير الحوادث في الموقع هو:
1. خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال الأمن السيبراني وعمليات SOC
2. درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب الآلي / الهندسة
3. معتمد من آرك سايت
4. خبرة في تثبيت موصلات ArcSight وإنشاء القواعد والاستعلام والقنوات النشطة وتحليل الأحداث من الأجهزة/الخوادم
5. إنشاء القنوات بأداة ArcSight ومتابعة الأحداث من جميع أنواع الأجهزة.
6. تجربة التنفيذ والنشر على ArcSight للتصحيحات والترقيات
7. تطوير الموصلات المرنة
8. تطوير وتكوين التقارير على ArcSight
9. الإدارة واستكشاف أخطاء ArcSight وإصلاحها.
10. معرفة عملية ITIL
