Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Nail Technician/Trainer located in the Northern Governorate of Bahrain. The Nail Technician/Trainer will be responsible for performing nail care training for salon's staff and help them in developing their career as a successful nail technician. The Nail Technician/Trainer will also collaborate with other members of the team to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

1. Proven work experience as a Nail Technician with excellent knowledge of nail care products and trends
2. Certification in nail art, gel nails, nail extensions, and Nail Technician license
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others
4. Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions for groups of various sizes and skill levels
5. Passionate about providing exceptional services to clients
6. Possess a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to handle customer complaints

• هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع لفني/مدرب أظافر يقع في المحافظة الشمالية من البحرين. سيكون فني / مدرب الأظافر مسؤولاً عن إجراء التدريب على العناية بالأظافر لموظفي الصالون ومساعدتهم في تطوير حياتهم المهنية كفني أظافر ناجح. سيتعاون فني / مدرب الأظافر أيضًا مع أعضاء آخرين في الفريق لتقديم خدمة استثنائية.

مؤهلات

1. خبرة عمل مثبتة كفني أظافر يتمتع بمعرفة ممتازة بمنتجات واتجاهات العناية بالأظافر
2. شهادة في فن الأظافر، والأظافر الهلامية، ووصلات الأظافر، وترخيص فني الأظافر
3. مهارات تواصل وتعامل ممتازة مع القدرة على تحفيز الآخرين
4. القدرة على إعداد وتقديم دورات تدريبية فعالة لمجموعات من مختلف الأحجام ومستويات المهارة
