Now we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to join one of our brands - Exnova.

Tasks in the role:
- Drive the acquisition of new affiliates, including bloggers, influencers, and agencies, through strategic outreach and relationship-building;
- Develop and support affiliate offers, overseeing negotiation processes and managing contract agreements;
- Conduct thorough analysis of traffic patterns to optimize affiliate performance and enhance overall program effectiveness;
- Generate engaging and targeted publications on various social media platforms to promote affiliate programs and foster brand visibility;
- Monitor and evaluate competitors' performance in the affiliate marketing space, staying informed about industry trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in influencer marketing and digital marketing;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Energetic individual with a proactive approach;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish languages;
- Familiarity with the Forex, gambling, and FinTech industries would be an advantage.

المهام في الدور:
- تحفيز الاستحواذ على شركات تابعة جديدة، بما في ذلك المدونين والمؤثرين والوكالات، من خلال التواصل الاستراتيجي وبناء العلاقات؛
- تطوير ودعم العروض التابعة، والإشراف على عمليات التفاوض وإدارة اتفاقيات العقود؛
- إجراء تحليل شامل لأنماط حركة المرور لتحسين أداء الشركة التابعة وتعزيز فعالية البرنامج بشكل عام؛
- إنشاء منشورات جذابة ومستهدفة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة للترويج للبرامج التابعة وتعزيز رؤية العلامة التجارية؛
- مراقبة وتقييم أداء المنافسين في مجال التسويق بالعمولة، والبقاء على علم باتجاهات الصناعة وتحديد فرص التحسين.
متطلبات:
- خبرة في وضع العلامات المؤثرة والتسويق الرقمي؛
- مهارات تواصل قوية، كتابية ولفظية؛
- فرد نشيط مع نهج استباقي.
- إتقان اللغة البرتغالية و/أو الإسبانية.
- سيكون الإلمام بصناعات الفوركس والمقامرة والتكنولوجيا المالية ميزة.
