- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maritime Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base within the maritime industry. As a key member of our team, the Maritime Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and promoting our risk management services to potential clients within maritime sector.
Qualifications, Experience and Qualities:
- • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven track record of successful business development within the risk management or related industry, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Minimum of 5 years of business development knowledge and industry experience (preferably in Maritime Security / Oil and Gas environments).
- Have previous experienced relating to maritime security sector and a thorough knowledge and understanding of maritime security compliance.
- Manage, maintain, and foster all current company clients and prospective clients.
- Support the CCO and the wider business unit.
- • Be prepared to travel on behalf of the company.
- Oversee and expand on business relations in maritime environment.
- Experience of developing new client accounts and growing existing accounts

- الحد الأدنى من 5 سنوات من المعرفة بتطوير الأعمال والخبرة الصناعية (يفضل أن يكون ذلك في بيئات الأمن البحري / النفط والغاز).
- لديك خبرة سابقة فيما يتعلق بقطاع الأمن البحري ومعرفة وفهم شاملين للامتثال للأمن البحري.
- إدارة وصيانة وتعزيز جميع عملاء الشركة الحاليين والعملاء المحتملين.
- دعم CCO ووحدة الأعمال الأوسع.
- • كن على استعداد للسفر نيابة عن الشركة.
- الإشراف على العلاقات التجارية وتوسيعها في البيئة البحرية.
- خبرة في تطوير حسابات العملاء الجدد وتنمية الحسابات الحالية
