Job Description:
- Develop sales and execute strategic plans to optimize the performance of the Aluminium Division.
- Review and manage schedules, ensuring efficient production processes.
- Hire and train competent staff to handle diverse tasks within the division in coordination with the HR Department.
- Effectively manage expenditures and budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Participate in the preparation and administration of budgets, providing recommendations and justifications.
- Design and implement project programs, updating processes and procedures as needed.
- Address training and development needs for both new and existing staff.
- Maintain adherence to safety regulations and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with vendors and customers, ensuring satisfaction and efficient collaboration.
- Provide leadership in creating a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Develop and implement condition and predictive policies to enhance efficiency.
- Advise on changes in techniques for improved service levels and cost reduction.
- Negotiate contracts and manage selected contractors to achieve project goals.
- Represent project interests in meetings and periodic reviews.
- Such other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Qualification & Experience :
1. Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 10 – 15 years’ experience, out of which minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
2. Should possess excellent Communication skills, People management Skills and Techno-Commercial Skills.
