Bartender
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience. And, can create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests’ needs and expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Garnish and present beverages attractively to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure that all drinks are served promptly and at the correct temperature.
- Welcome guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar.
- Recommend beverages based on guests' preferences and provide information about the drink offerings.
- Take drink and food orders from guests at the bar and in the dining area, ensuring accuracy in recording the order.
- Process guest bills, handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies, including alcohol, mixers, fruits, and other necessary ingredients.
- Comply with all applicable food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and age verification protocols.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the restaurant team, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient service and a seamless dining experience.
Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a resort or high-end dining environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various beverages, including coffee drinks, cocktails, and juices.
- Creative flair for crafting unique and visually appealing cocktails.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of orders.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
- Strong understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Barista skills for coffee preparation (preferred but not mandatory).
