Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal opinions and legal memoranda, providing legal advice to clients, and representing clients in court and other legal proceedings.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Bahraini laws and regulations
- Ability to conduct legal research and analyze legal issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution
- Attorney License from the Ministry of Justice, Bahrain
- Prior experience in a corporate setting is advantageous

مؤهلات
- معرفة قوية بالقوانين واللوائح البحرينية
- القدرة على إجراء البحوث القانونية وتحليل القضايا القانونية
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق
- المهارات الإدارية التنظيمية والوقت قوية
- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون من مؤسسة معترف بها
- رخصة المحاماة من وزارة العدل، البحرين
- تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في بيئة الشركات مفيدة
