Responsibilities
- Monitor and configure internal and cloud systems to ensure optimum performance.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and help with diagnosing technical issues within the system.
- Identify the need for updates and upgrades and implement them to the network infrastructure.
- Research and install the best firewalls and devices along with the installation of systems and their upgrades.
- Assist with the mentoring of new system users and set up accounts and grant relevant access to said users.
- Constantly monitor and oversee the performance of servers, including software and hardware to ensure they are operating at an optimum level.
- Ensure that new applications are integrated and deployed across the business efficiently and seamlessly.
- Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and stored in an organized manner for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
- MCSE, AWS, PMP and CCNP certifications are preferred.
- 5 years of work experience as a Systems Administrator preferably with supervisory or management experience in the role.
- Hands-on experience with LAN and WAN networks as well as a good understanding of network switches.
- Cloud infrastructure hands-on experience like AWS and Microsoft azure.
- Good understanding of system security and different techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down problems from the root cause.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with users of all levels and explain complex technical information into simple and understandable terms.
- Great leadership abilities with experience of managing/supervising a small team.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify trends and patterns.

متطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو المجالات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- يفضل شهادات MCSE وAWS وPMP وCCNP.
- 5 سنوات من الخبرة في العمل كمسؤول أنظمة ويفضل أن يكون ذلك مع خبرة إشرافية أو إدارية في هذا الدور.
- خبرة عملية مع شبكات LAN وWAN بالإضافة إلى الفهم الجيد لمفاتيح الشبكة.
- تجربة عملية للبنية التحتية السحابية مثل AWS وMicrosoft azure.
- فهم جيد لأمن النظام والتقنيات المختلفة
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات مع القدرة على تحليل المشكلات من السبب الجذري.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة مع القدرة على التواصل مع المستخدمين على جميع المستويات وشرح المعلومات التقنية المعقدة بمصطلحات بسيطة ومفهومة.
- قدرات قيادية رائعة مع خبرة في إدارة / الإشراف على فريق صغير.
- مهارات تحليلية ممتازة مع القدرة على تحليل كميات كبيرة من البيانات وتحديد الاتجاهات والأنماط.
