Key Roles:
- Provide support for application configuration and upgrades, Vulnerability management and problem analysis and resolution for application problems and coordinate with Application providers.
- Participate in IT project implementation & excitation.
- Act as system analysts for business requests.
- Provide support for application end users.
- Participates in the development, testing and implementation of disaster recovery plans to ensure services availability and resiliency.
- Develops applications by customizing, setting up and maintaining systems, tools and software environments to provide dedicated facilities for developers to complete their tasks.
- Participates in the study of new versions and amendments and follows up the stages of examination and application to the production environment.
- Provides support and follow up to all banking systems.
- Receives employee complaints for all systems and records them on the user support system and finds appropriate solutions to them.
- Provide support for daily , monthly ,Quarterly and yearly reporting cycle.
- Act as IT operator in case of absence of primary IT operator.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
- Prefeed knowledge in banking solutions i.e (Core banking, Mobile banking , payments, ATM , Data warehouse ).
- Knowledge in SQL , Databases , Java , XML , Windows , Linux , servers and basic security.
- (3) Years as a minimum in any related fields.

- - المشاركة في دراسة الإصدارات الجديدة والتعديلات ومتابعة مراحل الفحص والتطبيق على بيئة الإنتاج.
- تقديم الدعم والمتابعة لجميع الأنظمة المصرفية.
- استقبال شكاوى الموظفين لجميع الأنظمة وتسجيلها على نظام دعم المستخدمين وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها.
- تقديم الدعم لدورة التقارير اليومية والشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
- العمل كمشغل لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في حالة غياب مشغل تكنولوجيا المعلومات الأساسي.
مؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو هندسة الكمبيوتر أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- المعرفة المسبقة بالحلول المصرفية، مثل (الخدمات المصرفية الأساسية، والخدمات المصرفية عبر الهاتف المحمول، والمدفوعات، وأجهزة الصراف الآلي، ومستودع البيانات).
- المعرفة في SQL وقواعد البيانات وJava وXML وWindows وLinux والخوادم والأمن الأساسي.
- (3) سنوات كحد أدنى في أي من المجالات ذات الصلة.
