About the Role:
- As we expand, we're in search of an experienced Tech Lead & Fullstack Developer who can collaborate with us to drive HiCareer's technological evolution. We have exciting projects in the pipeline and are open to your innovative ideas.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical direction and architecture, ensuring platform robustness, scalability, and adaptability.
- Work closely with HiCareer's co-founders to shape and execute product ideas.
- Implement agile methodologies to streamline and optimize development processes.
- Engage in hands-on coding, while promoting best practices in frontend and backend development.
- Pioneer the integration of new features, enhancing our platform's richness.
- Optimize platform performance, security, and user experience.
Who We're Seeking:
- We're on the lookout for an innovator and doer who thrives on solving complex problems and wants to contribute to something that can impact millions (or even billions) of people. If you have experience in startups or scale-ups and are ready for the next significant challenge, we want to hear from you.
Your Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience, including at least 1 year in a tech lead role.
- A strong background in full-stack development and a deep understanding of product evolution.
- Experience in tech startups or scale-ups, demonstrating your ability to excel in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in developing B2C platforms, particularly those with community and marketplace dynamics.
- Mastery in gamification and crafting tailored user experiences.
- Technical skills in Python, Typescript, Angular, and Django.
- A forward-thinking mindset that constantly challenges norms and pushes boundaries.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments.
- A tech portfolio showcasing your coding prowess, problem-solving abilities, and product enhancements.
